Dear Employers, Students and Befriender Trainers,

As of 12 March 2020, The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore has extended the suspension of Masses and large church gatherings until further notice. In light of this, ACMI will continue to suspend its weekend and weekday classes until further notice for the safety of our students, befrienders and staff.

We have some updates for you below:

Refunds

We understand that some FDWs may be finishing their contract in the first half of 2020 and will be going back home for good. As such, they will not be able to complete the courses when we decide to resume. In light of this, we will be considering this as a special case.

Thus, the contribution fee for courses will be refunded to the FDW or the employer.

Please submit the following documents to get the refund:

1. Notice of cancellation of Work Permit,
2. Copy of air ticket bearing their name & travel schedule, and
3. Receipt of registered course(s)

Resumption of Classes

Once a date has been decided,  a new Course Schedule with date and timing of courses will be sent to your FDW/you on WhatsApp or SMS. Please also go to our website: https://acmi.org.sg/category/events/ or follow our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ACMI.Singapore/  for updates as well.

Skills Development Courses – Semester 2, July – December 2020

Due to the escalating COVID-19 situation and the delay in Semester 1, we have decided to cancel all courses for Semester 2.
