Celebrating our Unsung Heroes:
An Evening of Celebration through Migrant Arts and Culture

Come celebrate 25 years of being family to migrants with ACMI. Revel in an uplifting evening of celebration through music and voices, migrant diversity and humanity through arts and culture on 20 October 2023 at Goodwood Park Hotel! Above their tangible contributions towards nation building and supporting us in the everyday, we recognise them as individuals with their own creative expression of self and community.

We aim to raise funds to support migrants – our unsung heroes, many of whom work as domestic helpers for our children, caregivers for the elderly, cleaners at our estates, construction workers in nation-building and the list goes on. The little understood segment of transnational families consisting of one Singaporean spouse and one foreign spouse are often faced with unemployment, high fees in areas of education for their non-Singaporean child and healthcare.
