I hereby agree and consent fully, without any reservation whatsoever and unconditionally to appear in person in any video, photograph and audio recording (collectively “Video/Photo”) taken or produced by the Archdiocesan Commission for the Pastoral Care of Migrants & Itinerant People (“ACMI”).
I hereby authorise and grant fully and unconditionally to ACMI: a perpetual worldwide royalty-free right to record, edit, use, reproduce, and distribute in any form of media (including print, online, electronic in any form (including CD-ROM and television); the Video/Photo and my biographical information for any publicity that ACMI deems fit in its sole and absolute discretion.
I understand this Video/Photo may be shown on any print material, website, and social media channels of ACMI, screened on public television, used for publicity purposes, or shown at any other event that ACMI deems fit. It may also be used or screened on any other third parties’ print material, website, and social media channels for any publicity that ACMI deems fit.
I hereby fully release ACMI from any claims or rights whether in law or equity that I may have at any time relating to the use of the rights granted in this letter.
I agree that I will not have the right to seek injunctive relief to stop or restrain ACMI from exercising the rights granted in this letter.
I hereby certify that I am over eighteen years of age, my parents or legal guardians have read this document and have given their consent.
I have read and understood the contents of this release letter.
